Crescendo by Becca Fitzpatrick Review

Description of Goodreads:
Feisty teen Nora Grey somehow survived the crises of Hush, Hush!, but dangers just as frightening loom in this standalone sequel. Patch, her guardian angel and love interest, appears to have a dark side and a wandering eye. Worse yet, he seems intent on obstructing Nora as she hunts for the truth behind her father's mysterious death. Even better than the first.

This book was very powerful reading, as you watch Nora dump everything in her life. She ends her relationship with her guardian angel to the degree of being sheltered other than Vee she has no one to talk with. She learns a great deal about her father's death and the person behind it. She has tons upon tons of drama more than is normal in books. Like everyone else says there are times when I was scratching my head wondering what she was going to do next. I can't wait to see what will happen next with these two in Tempest. Definitely a great book I rated this one four cups as the drama parts did become a bit much at times.
