My Thoughts:

This was an incredible novella in the continuation of The Stone Legacy in this book Tara is all mixed up between vivid nightmares of past memories of torture being performed on her,  on top of not being able to eat much or digest much at all.  She meets up with Malachi who needs help freeing girls who are being collected as part of a drug trafficking ring.

What we learn is that Malachi's sister is being held by this drug leader, and he has to kill the drug leader in order to free his sister so he uses Tara to help free his sister.  This book had so much going on between what was happening with Tara, plus her relationship with Peter and the drug ring.  Definitely a great continuation of The Stone Legacy can't wait to see what is next!

Hi!

Thanks so much for reviewing Escaping Darkness. I'm overjoyed you loved it. I can't wait to share your review, and I hope you have the opportunity to share your thoughts on Amazon, B&N, Kobo and GR.

Both The Stone Guardian and Escaping Darkness were so much fun to write, and I've been working feverishly on book three. I’ll be hanging out on the blogs through my book tour, so if anyone wants to chat, just leave a comment and I’ll do my best to swing in and hang out for a while!
