Description:

Does being nobody's fool mean that you're nobody's love?

Colleen O'Rourke is in love with love... just not when it comes to herself. Most nights, she can be found behind the bar at the Manningsport, New York, tavern she owns with her twin brother, doling out romantic advice to the lovelorn, mixing martinis and staying more or less happily single. See, ten years ago, Lucas Campbell, her first love, broke her heart... an experience Colleen doesn't want to have again, thanks. Since then, she's been happy with a fling here and there, some elite-level flirting and playing matchmaker to her friends.

But a family emergency has brought Lucas back to town, handsome as ever and still the only man who's ever been able to crack her defenses. Seems like maybe they've got some unfinished business waiting for them—but to find out, Colleen has to let her guard down, or risk losing a second chance with the only man she's ever loved.

My Thoughts:

Colleen and Conner O'Rourke run the local bar in Manningsport, NY.  Colleen had love once but it all got screwed up and she thrives on people thinking she is experienced when she really has only had one love, is it too late for her to find it again?

Lucas is going home to Manningsport to help his Uncle Joe as his time is running out.  Of course that means running into his ex-Colleen.  Will he win her back or just coast in clean up and leave?

This book had so much going on the O'Rourke family has been a mess since the father Pete walked out on the family long ago.  Colleen and Conner have done their best to move on but still have a lot of resentment towards their father, his new wife and their half sibling.  When Lucas returns to town it stirs up a lot with Colleen who never got over him.  I enjoy this series so much, it's such fun with the banter and relationships and hook ups.  The writing style is incredible it draws you in hooks you and won't let go until the story is over!
